摘要(Abstract)：
近年来,随着学生党建工作对独立学院健康发展的作用日趋显著,独立学院也更加重视对学生党建工作的研究与探讨。本文以沈阳航空航天大学北方科技学院为例,探索在科学发展观理论的指导下,独立学院学生党建工作的新思路、新方法,并将学院践行理论的实际工作成果作呈报。
